Our Head of Design, Annelie Waldhier-Fröhling, is herself a master goldsmith and has been creating the exclusive Gerstner design together with her team for over 20 years. Whether timelessly classic, originally playful or distinctly avant-garde, our wedding ring and jewellery collections always captivate with their beautiful design.
We are absolutely delighted to have been honoured with the Red Dot Award 2019 once again and the recognition and appreciation of our design expertise that comes with it.
It is truly wonderful to have such a strong and highly qualified team behind me that accepts and enjoys the challenge of taking on and implementing new ideas.

The German Design Award is one of the most renowned design competitions worldwide and has a fantastic reputation going far beyond specialist circles. The winner of this award has successfully proven themselves to be the best against top class competition.
The unique colour gradient of the "moonlight" ring pair is created using differently nuanced gold tones which are intricately alloyed at our premises. Brilliant white diamonds line the organically designed rim of the ring and appear to penetrate its finely structured surface. This hand-made ring is unique in its colouring and has a tremendously sensual character.
Richly detailed, sophisticated and beautifully crafted, these rings amazed us with their clever combination of materials together with the hand cut grooves and notches and precious gemstones. The result is an exceptionally distinctive pair of wedding rings that both fit together yet remain unique to both the bride and groom.

MORGENRÖTE Jewellery Rings
The inspiration for this unique piece from the Morgenröte collection is the rising sun which which slowly rises in warm golden tones on the horizon, sending its first glittering rays to the earth.
Just like the wedding rings from the eponymously named Morgenröte Collection this ring symbolises the new beginning associated with a sunrise.

Spirit of invention
The fact that Gerstner is not only the oldest, but for many years has also been Germany’s largest wedding ring manufacturer certainly has something to do with our various patented inventions.
August Gerstner had already made a name for himself with his innovative ring design. In 1902 he patented and registered the "seamless wedding ring", thus beginning the unprecedented success of our family business.
